SESAME STREET HAPPY BIRTHDAY...

TEAR AWAY COLORING PAGES

FUN, PLAYFUL, KID-INSPIRED CLASS!!!

It is that time again, and this class will be tons of fun!! We have some new techniques to learn, Scratch'n'Sniff, and the Tear Away technique.

Not much snipping with scissors in this class, some people will breath a big sigh of relief!! Punching, Embossing, Stamping and a bit of BLING!!!

While some of these cards are suitable for just kids, some could be made for any age group. The scratch'n'sniff card is lemon, orange and lime scented.
The tear away technique allows the recipient to "tear out" the pages and color them!! Fun!!
This class is $25.
You will make and take 8 cards with matching envelopes, 2 of each 4 designs. There are options available if you do not have someone to make the Sesame Street Card
or Tear Away Princess Card for. Sentiments can always be adjusted to suit your occasion.
To Register:
Location will be revealed upon registration.
You will need to bring some scissors,
and double sided adhesive.

Wedding Card 5x5

Here is the wedding card that I made this weekend. It goes with the daisy bridal shower card from a few posts ago. This is the second attempt at a card for the wedding we attended - I like this one better than my first go round. I will post that too so you can see. This card is 5x5 and I cased the idea from Splitcoast Stampers but do not have the persons name handy to add (sorry). She did hers in blues. The inside was my own creation though as we wanted to give the couple a gift card and the 1/2 top note on the leftside was done as a pocket to slip it into. Their colors were black and hot pink so I wanted to keep with that them.
Recipe: (all Stampin' Up!)
~ black cardstock for the base and layers
~ melon mambo designer series paper
~ Stamp Sets: To Have & To Hold as well as Well Scripted (love this font)
~ black embossing powder for image
~ dazzling diamonds to make her dress sparkle
~ Stampin' markers for the little bit of color
Thanks for looking
Cheers,
E

Teacher Appreciation Gifts

Teacher Appreciation Gifts ~ My daughter has just completed grade 2 and had an absolute fabulous year.

These were lots of fun to make even though they took a bit of time. Each desk was about 2 hours of scoring, folding, taping, and assembling. The most challenging thing on these desks were the feet - they are made from 3/4 circles ~ my husband made all of them for me (there are eight per desk). I purchased the pattern from Craft Project Central and the desk was designed by Michelle Ueligitone. So cute. Of course with every project we always put our own spin on it and my addition to the desk was wrapping the sides in cardstock so you cannot see the drawers stacked on top of each other. The drawers were filled with sweet treats.
Recipe: (primarily Stampin' Up unless noted)
~ Stampin' Up cardstock
~ Coredinations paper (so much fun)
~ Stamp Sets: Full of Life, misc. little ones for accents, Tart and Tangy (apple)
~ Designer Series Paper
~ Buttons: dollar store and Stampin' Up
~ Glue Dots to adhere the buttons
~ lots of double sided sticky strip
Cheers,
E
